Rolex seeks an Authentification and Traceability Solutions Manager in Geneva to lead technical teams on authentication and anti-counterfeiting solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead internal and external technical teams in the delivery of authentication and traceability projects whilst ensuring adherence to DevSecOps development best practices
- Collaborate with information systems and business partners to achieve corporate objectives and drive strategic initiatives
- Guarantee solution architecture compliance with security, availability, and performance requirements
- Drive integration across enterprise information systems (MES, ERP, PLM, and dedicated applications)
- Manage end-to-end strategic projects from design through to deployment and operationalization
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science or equivalent engineering qualification (HES or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience of 5+ years in a similar role, including team leadership and project management
- Expertise in DevSecOps practices and application integration protocols (REST, SOAP, etc.)
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe)
- Strong understanding of business requirements and commercial acumen
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
- Excellent collaborative abilities with strong analytical and communication skills

Experience
Successful track record of over 5 years in an equivalent managerial role, including the leadership and development of technical teams as well as comprehensive project management experience.
Education
University degree in information technology or equivalent engineering qualification (HES or similar standards).
