Rolex Assembly Technician position in Geneva, Switzerland. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting for equipment anomalies and coordinate escalation to appropriate technical resources as needed
  • Ensure optimal availability, correct usage, and maintenance tracking of equipment, tools, and consumables
  • Conduct field interventions including equipment repair, calibration adjustments, audits, and 5S compliance verification
  • Monitor performance indicators within assigned scope and contribute to continuous improvement programs
  • Participate in production platform evolution projects, delivering operational expertise and technical insight

Qualifications

  • Minimum AFP (Federal Professional Diploma) or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline
  • Professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably within watchmaking or horology
  • Fluent French language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with standard office computing tools and software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Strong analytical and listening skills with capacity for objective assessment
  • Self-directed with demonstrated accountability and reflective problem-solving ability

Experience
