Rolex Assembly Technician position in Geneva, Switzerland. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical troubleshooting for equipment anomalies and coordinate escalation to appropriate technical resources as needed
- Ensure optimal availability, correct usage, and maintenance tracking of equipment, tools, and consumables
- Conduct field interventions including equipment repair, calibration adjustments, audits, and 5S compliance verification
- Monitor performance indicators within assigned scope and contribute to continuous improvement programs
- Participate in production platform evolution projects, delivering operational expertise and technical insight
Qualifications
- Minimum AFP (Federal Professional Diploma) or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline
- Professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably within watchmaking or horology
- Fluent French language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient with standard office computing tools and software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
- Strong analytical and listening skills with capacity for objective assessment
- Self-directed with demonstrated accountability and reflective problem-solving ability
Skills
Experience
Professional experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred, ideally acquired within the watchmaking or horology sector.
Education
Minimum AFP (Attestation Fédérale Professionnelle / Federal Professional Diploma) or equivalent qualification in a technical discipline.
