Rolex — Geneva: Art Direction Intern (Visual Training Materials). 3–6 month internship to create templates and visual identity for the Training Centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop a cohesive visual identity for the company’s Training Centre and its learning activities.
- Design and build a library of reusable templates and assets for use across software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
- Produce clear guidelines and best‑practice documentation to ensure consistent application of visual materials across training programs.
- Collaborate with training teams and subject‑matter experts to adapt visual materials to pedagogical needs and formats.
- Deliver creative, production‑ready artwork and prepare source files for integration into digital learning platforms.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
- Practical experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign and Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with digital media, digitalisation initiatives and new media technologies.
- Strong visual sensibility, autonomy, creativity and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to work alongside training professionals.

Experience
Internship level — candidate should be a current Bachelor’s or Master’s student with portfolio work demonstrating visual design, template creation or multimedia assets; prior internship or project work in learning/content design is an advantage.
Education
Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
