Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a formal EFZ apprenticeship program combining on‑the‑job training with vocational school attendance.
- Operate, set up and monitor precision production equipment and automated lines under supervision.
- Perform routine adjustments, basic mechanical maintenance and line changeovers to maintain production continuity.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers) and document results in production records.
- Follow strict safety, clean‑room and quality procedures; escalate technical issues to supervisors.

Qualifications
- Application to and acceptance for a Swiss EFZ apprenticeship (Lehrstelle) in machine/plant operations or equivalent vocational track.
- Successful completion of compulsory schooling; good grades in math and technical subjects are an advantage.
- Demonstrable manual dexterity, fine motor skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, spatial awareness and practical problem‑solving orientation.
- Reliable work ethic, punctuality and willingness to rotate across production stations and shifts as required.
