Rolex offers a two-day maximum apprenticeship discovery internship designed for students nearing the end of mandatory education to explore a specific trade within the company and assess career alignment. Participants engage with the workplace through multisensory learning—observing the work environment, receiving expert guidance, and practicing fundamental trade techniques—to evaluate whether the apprenticeship path is suitable for their professional development.
