Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the full administrative lifecycle for apprentice cohorts, including data entry and preparation of certificates and attestations.
  • Manage training documentation and monitor administrative follow-up of apprentices' training records.
  • Assist in the organisation and coordination of events such as integration weeks, training sessions and thematic activities; contribute to roll-out of new event concepts.
  • Develop and implement tools and resources to accompany apprentices throughout their training.
  • Contribute to internal communications and support service projects: improve presentations and support materials, analyse and optimise communication tools.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or equivalent degree.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven proficiency with MS Office.
  • Rigorous, methodical and autonomous work approach.
  • Strong team spirit, well-developed organisational skills and proactive attitude.

Experience

No specific professional experience required; candidate should be currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's programme. Prior internships or practical experience in hospitality management, human resources, learning & development or event coordination is an advantage.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
