Tudor is recruiting a Watchmaking Operator Apprentice for a two-year AFP apprenticeship at its Le Locle manufacture, starting in August 2027. The apprentice will assemble and lubricate movements, fit dials, hands, cases and bracelets, and uphold quality standards; training also takes place at Kenissi’s movement manufacture on the same production site.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble watch movements and their components, and lubricate them.
- Fit dials and hands, then install the movement in its case.
- Assemble the case and its components, then fit the bracelet.
- Ensure quality and compliance with the brand’s standards.
Qualifications
- Good visual acuity and strong concentration.
- Patient and meticulous.
- Logical and methodical.
- Manual dexterity and practical skills.
- At or approaching completion of compulsory schooling.
