Rolex apprenticeship: Watchmaking Operator, Le Locle. Two-year AFP program in precision horological assembly and movement manufacturing.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assemble watch movements and mechanical components with precision and care
- Perform lubrication of movement mechanisms according to established specifications
- Install dials, hands, and other dial components with accuracy
- Integrate completed movements into watch cases and assemble final bracelet assemblies
- Ensure all work meets rigorous quality standards and brand specifications
- Collaborate with experienced trainers and Kenissi specialists to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- Completion of compulsory schooling or equivalent secondary education
- Strong visual acuity and sustained concentration abilities
- Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Demonstrated patience and meticulous attention to detail
- Logical and methodical approach to complex assembly tasks

No prior professional experience required; completion of compulsory education is sufficient.
