Rolex apprenticeship: Watchmaking Operator, Le Locle. Two-year AFP program in precision horological assembly and movement manufacturing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assemble watch movements and mechanical components with precision and care
  • Perform lubrication of movement mechanisms according to established specifications
  • Install dials, hands, and other dial components with accuracy
  • Integrate completed movements into watch cases and assemble final bracelet assemblies
  • Ensure all work meets rigorous quality standards and brand specifications
  • Collaborate with experienced trainers and Kenissi specialists to develop technical expertise

Qualifications

  • Completion of compulsory schooling or equivalent secondary education
  • Strong visual acuity and sustained concentration abilities
  • Excellent manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
  • Demonstrated patience and meticulous attention to detail
