Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured apprenticeship to learn movement assembly, component mounting and watch case assembly under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- Perform precision assembly and adjustment tasks using loupes and micrometric instruments, maintaining conformity with strict quality and tolerance requirements.
- Carry out visual inspection and basic quality-control checks on components and finished modules, documenting findings according to shop-floor procedures.
- Maintain a disciplined, clean and safe workstation; handle small parts and tools with appropriate care and traceability.
- Attend vocational school and internal training sessions as required by the AFP programme; apply theoretical instruction to practical production tasks.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary manufacturing teams, follow detailed work instructions and escalate technical issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Completed compulsory schooling or equivalent; motivated to undertake a formal vocational apprenticeship (AFP).
- Excellent manual dexterity, fine motor control and hand–eye coordination.
- Keen visual acuity and attention to detail for micro-assembly and inspection tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow precise instructions and documented procedures.
- Basic numeracy and the capacity to read simple technical drawings and measurements.

No prior professional watchmaking experience required. Candidates should demonstrate strong manual aptitude, a genuine interest in horology and readiness to learn through on-the-job training and vocational schooling.
Education
Completion of compulsory schooling; willingness to enrol in and complete the AFP vocational training programme.
