Role & Responsibilities

  • Support production departments to ensure product and process quality through dimensional and aesthetic inspections.
  • Perform precise measurements using metrology tools and apply statistical methods to monitor quality indicators.
  • Identify and troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
  • Contribute to continuous-improvement projects scoped to product or process enhancements within the assigned perimeter.
  • Document findings and produce clear technical reports; communicate effectively with production and engineering teams.

Qualifications

  • Strong interest and aptitude in mathematics and technical drawing.
  • Logical, analytical and synthetic thinking with attention to detail.
  • Good written expression and clear technical reporting skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ease in communicating within cross-functional teams.
