Role & Responsibilities
- Manufacture watch movement components using a range of machining and production techniques.
- Prepare and maintain tools, fixtures and raw materials required for part production.
- Operate conventional and CNC machine tools (lathes, mills) under supervision and follow setup procedures.
- Inspect components and ensure conformity to dimensional and surface-quality standards; perform quality checks and documentation.
- Adhere to workplace safety, machine maintenance and contamination-control procedures.
- Participate in the structured apprenticeship programme under the guidance of experienced trainers and complete assigned training modules and assessments.
- Collaborate with workshop colleagues and trainers to optimise processes and resolve production issues.

- Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
- High level of rigour, precision and attention to detail.
- Logical, methodical mindset with good problem‑solving capability.
- Genuine interest in metalworking, industrial machinery and precision manufacturing.
- Ability to follow technical instructions, work under supervision and function in a team.

Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required; motivated candidates with hobbyist or school workshop exposure to metalwork or machine tools are encouraged to apply. Willingness to learn and to commit to a multi-year vocational programme is essential.
Education
Completed compulsory schooling; good results in mathematics and technical/technology subjects are advantageous. Candidates must provide recent school transcripts.
