Role & Responsibilities
- Learn and produce precise technical drawings and manufacturing blueprints for mechanical components in compliance with company and ISO drawing standards.
- Develop 2D and 3D CAD models and revisions under supervision; translate prototypes and engineer inputs into production-ready documentation.
- Collaborate with engineers, production technicians and quality teams to ensure drawings meet manufacturability and tolerance requirements.
- Maintain and update technical documentation, parts lists and revision control systems.
- Participate in hands-on shop-floor activities and metrology checks to understand production constraints and quality criteria.
- Attend vocational school and complete required classroom modules toward the Swiss Federal VET Certificate (CFC).

- Completed compulsory schooling (or equivalent) with strong results in mathematics, geometry and technical subjects.
- Demonstrable interest in mechanical engineering, precision mechanics or industrial design; manual dexterity and attention to fine detail.

- Reliable work ethic, strong teamwork skills and willingness to combine on-the-job training with vocational education.
