Rolex SA seeks an Application Engineer specializing in CMMS/EAM systems in Geneva to lead strategic maintenance management projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Draft functional specifications based on user requirements and business process documentation
- Monitor and validate software developments and system parameterization
- Train key users and support deployment phases for the new Rolex EAM solution
- Ensure system maintenance and provide ongoing user support
- Lead future system evolution and enhancement projects
- Contribute to the design and maintenance of IT solutions addressing CMMS/EAM requirements
- Define maintenance information workflows and partner with business teams to implement appropriate tools across the organization
Qualifications
- University-level education or equivalent professional experience in CMMS/EAM domains
- Strong knowledge of logistics workflows and GMAO/EAM system integration within enterprise processes
- Business analysis capability with proficiency in writing functional specifications and process documentation
- Familiarity with enterprise asset management platforms such as SAP PM/EAM, Hexagon, or IBM Maximo
- Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, team collaboration, and analytical capability
- Willingness to travel across all Rolex production sites in Switzerland (four locations)

Experience
Significant professional experience in CMMS/EAM domains, or university-level education may substitute for limited experience. Demonstrated background in maintenance logistics systems and their integration into enterprise operations is essential.
Education
University-level education preferred; alternatively, substantial professional experience in CMMS/EAM systems can compensate for formal qualifications.
