Role & Responsibilities

  • Gather user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Participate in all phases of PLM projects, from need identification to post-deployment support.
  • Provide PLM user assistance through helpdesk services.
  • Conduct functional testing prior to solution delivery to end users.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments responsible for the development and maintenance of the Windchill platform and migrations.
  • Ensure follow-up on open tickets with solution vendors.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in the industrial or avionics sector.
  • Proven functional experience with PTC's Windchill solution.

Skills

Proficiency in MPMLink, PDMLink, and PartsLink modules. Knowledge of other modules such as Workgroup Manager Creo and Workflow is a plus. Comfortable with ERP and MES environments; developed skills in Creo and/or SAP are advantageous. Excellent communication skills, flexibility, customer service orientation, and team spirit. Native French speaker with a good command of English.

Experience

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial or avionics sector.

Education

University degree in Information Technology or a related field.
