Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform polishing and satin-finishing of watch cases and bracelets returned for after-sales service, ensuring adherence to original finishes.
  • Conduct rigorous self-checks and precise inspections to guarantee uncompromising quality according to defined criteria.
  • Execute washing and cleaning operations on various components, maintaining the brilliance and durability of materials.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking finishing or equivalent.

Skills

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an after-sales service workshop. Proficiency in industry-related computer systems. Manual dexterity, precision, meticulousness, finesse, and dexterity in task execution. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. Customer-oriented mindset, active listening skills, open-mindedness, rigor, and organizational skills. Consistency, diligence, autonomy, strong team spirit, versatility, and flexibility.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within an after-sales service workshop.

Education

Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking finishing or equivalent.
