Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as the aesthetic reference for Supplies components, both in-process and on finished parts.
  • Support production in meeting aesthetic targets and tolerances during serial production and at the introduction of new products or processes.
  • Assess and issue derogation decisions with consideration of perceived customer risk and product integrity.
  • Coach, support and enable workshop contacts to apply and disseminate established aesthetic criteria autonomously.
  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives in a structured manner, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring adherence to defined milestones.
  • Qualify components from an aesthetic perspective and contribute to acceptance / release decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in aesthetic quality control within the watchmaking industry.
  • Demonstrated track record as an aesthetic referent or recognised technical expertise in related craft.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and basic quality control tools.
  • Sound decision‑making skills, including under pressure, combined with rigor, autonomy and a collaborative spirit.

Experience
