Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and formalize aesthetic and sensory criteria for product evaluation and production use; produce and maintain reference documentation.
  • Lead cross‑functional projects to translate aesthetic and sensory specifications into production processes and controls.
  • Coordinate deployment of standards across manufacturing, quality and product teams to ensure reproducible exploitation in production.

  • Drive transversal initiatives, liaise with stakeholders and facilitate workshops to reach consensus and operational readiness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a quality role, ideally within horology, luxury goods or precision manufacturing, reinforced by continuous professional certifications.
