Role & Responsibilities
- Define and formalize aesthetic and sensory criteria for product evaluation and production use; produce and maintain reference documentation.
- Lead cross‑functional projects to translate aesthetic and sensory specifications into production processes and controls.
- Coordinate deployment of standards across manufacturing, quality and product teams to ensure reproducible exploitation in production.
- Consolidate, structure and communicate technical information using corporate IT systems and quality tools.
- Drive transversal initiatives, liaise with stakeholders and facilitate workshops to reach consensus and operational readiness.
- Propose pragmatic solutions to complex quality issues and support continuous improvement related to aesthetic and sensory attributes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a quality role, ideally within horology, luxury goods or precision manufacturing, reinforced by continuous professional certifications.
- Strong knowledge of the watchmaking sector and familiarity with Rolex products and associated aesthetic and sensory criteria.
- Rigour, methodological approach and strong synthesis capabilities with a capacity to work autonomously.
- Proven ability to propose solutions, drive change and lead cross‑disciplinary working groups.
