Rolex seeks an Administrative Employee – Access Management in Bienne, Switzerland for its Quality & Sustainability department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure traceability, stakeholder communication, adherence to internal safety and security procedures, and operational service continuity
- Manage badge systems and access control: badge printing, photo integration, access rights creation and modification, time-slot management, duplicate access verification, and validator updates
- Manage physical access controls: key and cylinder ordering, stock management, distribution, traceability tracking, monthly key audits, access group verification, and key cabinet access administration
- Execute administrative duties: purchase order tracking, meeting minutes preparation, inventory monitoring, deviation documentation archiving, and stakeholder communication
- Support the Interventions group's administrative function, including training coordination, procurement, and communications material creation
- Prepare and monitor internal audits and compliance controls, including physical space audits and authorization reliability verification
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in commercial employment or equivalent qualification
- CFPA-E Security Coordinator certification or equivalent credential
- Proficiency with standard office software and physical access management, access control, and traceability procedures
- Compliance with internal company regulations
- Strong organisational skills, discretion, reliability, and effective communication

Experience
Candidates should have practical experience with physical security systems, access control procedures, and administrative coordination in a regulated manufacturing or corporate environment.
Education
CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in commercial employment or equivalent qualification required; CFPA-E Security Coordinator certification or equivalent credential preferred.
