Role & Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to senior managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination and preparation of documentation.
- Draft, edit and proofread internal and external correspondence in French and English; ensure communications adhere to corporate tone and confidentiality standards.
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries, coordinate logistics for meetings and events, and prepare travel expense reports and reconciliations.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper, ensuring accurate record-keeping and quick retrieval of information.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, liaising with cross-functional departments to follow up on requests and deliverables.
- Support basic HR and finance administrative tasks as required (onboarding paperwork, purchase orders, invoice tracking) and escalate complex queries to appropriate teams.
