Role & Responsibilities

  • Define comprehensive planning for store design projects, including renovations and special initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution between markets, internal architects, external agencies, and the creative director from concept to opening
  • Manage budgets and timelines for all store design projects, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and financial parameters
  • Maintain and update design standards and guidelines for all existing boutiques to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Develop and implement the Maison's global visual merchandising strategy, encompassing window displays, in-store exhibitions, and special displays
  • Create and disseminate detailed visual merchandising guidelines for all boutiques worldwide
  • Provide design implementation recommendations for markets, fairs, boutiques, and event activations
  • Develop creative concepts for seasonal campaigns, new collection launches, and special events in collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams
  • Coordinate shipments of visual merchandising materials between suppliers, headquarters, and markets
  • Train and support sales teams and retail managers in the application of visual merchandising guidelines
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies, proposing continuous improvements and adaptations
  • Lead and motivate internal stakeholders including commercial, marketing, and architectural teams
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers and creative agencies
  • Provide comprehensive budget reporting and monitoring for annual allocations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive international experience in Store Design and/or Visual Merchandising roles
  • Proven experience within the luxury sector
  • Demonstrated strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven track record of meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Background in architecture (preferred)
  • Refined aesthetic sensibility with deep understanding of luxury design principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel frequently nationally and internationally for site visits and project supervision
