Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-focused service in the Seoul boutique, cultivating long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge of Roger Dubuis calibres, complications and materials to position timepieces effectively.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, bespoke appointments and follow-up.
- Manage boutique operations including merchandising, stock control, point-of-sale transactions and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with after-sales and service teams to ensure seamless handover and post-sale client satisfaction.
- Maintain brand standards for boutique presentation, window displays and product placement in line with global visual merchandising guidelines.
- Represent the maison at in-store events, trunk shows and VIP appointments, providing elevated hospitality to high-net-worth clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies on client data protection, anti-money laundering and transaction security.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or high-end jewellery.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with polished presentation and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand and visual standards.

Experience

Education
