Roger Dubuis is hiring an Assistant Manager in Seoul (Shinsegae Gangnam) to support boutique operations and client relations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in driving boutique sales and achieving monthly and annual KPIs across products and services.
- Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash reconciliation, inventory controls and merchandise receipt.
- Coach, schedule and mentor boutique staff to deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised after‑sales service.
- Maintain and enforce brand standards for visual merchandising, product presentation and in‑store client experiences.
- Manage client relationships and CRM activities, including follow‑ups, private appointments and after‑sales coordination with the service centre.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports; liaise with head office on stock movements, store needs and retail initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss‑prevention protocols and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets within a high‑end retail environment; experience with watches or jewellery strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a multicultural sales team.
- Fluent Korean; strong working knowledge of English preferred.
- Right to work in South Korea and flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required by boutique operations.

Experience
At least 3 years in luxury retail with supervisory experience; prior exposure to watches, jewellery or high‑value products is highly advantageous. Experience in a flagship or department‑store boutique environment (e.g., Shinsegae) preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent vocational diploma or substantial luxury retail experience accepted.
