Rocca is seeking a Watch Specialist to join its boutique teams across Italy, advising clients on luxury and sought-after pre-owned watches and delivering attentive after-sales service. The role is a six-month fixed-term contract, full-time at 40 hours per week, under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario, Level 4; gross annual salary starts at €25,000.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with elegance and attentive listening, guiding them through prestigious watches, from timeless classics to sought-after pre-owned timepieces.
- Tell the stories of watch brands and models through engaging storytelling that highlights the design, innovation and uniqueness of each creation.
- Maintain the presentation and layout of the watch area as a showcase of excellence.
- Provide impeccable post-purchase service, building trust and lasting client relationships.
- Represent Rocca as a brand ambassador and contribute proactively to boutique results.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the watchmaking sector, including leading brands and the value of pre-owned models.
- Good command of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Passion for watches, attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and a client-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a team and contribute to achieving targets.
- Good knowledge of common IT tools, including the Office suite.
- Flexibility, reliability and initiative.
