Rocca 1794 seeks a Boutique Manager in Courmayeur to lead the sales team, drive boutique performance and deliver an exceptional client experience. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team.
- Oversee and take responsibility for the boutique’s financial results and KPIs.
- Ensure an exclusive, highly consultative customer service experience.
- Build customer loyalty and develop the client portfolio through CRM, clienteling and local activities.
- Maintain the boutique’s image and uphold visual and brand standards.
- Manage store operations, including cash handling, stock and administrative procedures.
- Work with Retail Management to define commercial strategies and local initiatives.
- Lead the boutique as a brand ambassador, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience aligned with the Group’s values and positioning.
Qualifications
- Established experience as a Store or Boutique Manager in luxury, fine jewellery or high-end watchmaking.
- Strong results orientation and a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Authoritative leadership and the ability to build cohesive, high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer focus for high-spending clients.
- Excellent command of English; a second language is an advantage.
- Familiarity with digital tools and CRM.
