RIMOWA Warehouse Associate (Spare Parts Logistics) - Cologne, Germany. Full-time, fixed-term contract through 31.12.2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and receive incoming goods shipments with accuracy and timeliness
- Verify merchandise for completeness, correctness, and damage upon receipt
- Record goods in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) following established protocols
- Perform order picking, staging, and packing of outgoing shipments
- Execute general warehouse and logistics tasks including inventory maintenance
- Supply spare parts and materials to the in-house service workshop as required
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge and/or formal training in warehouse logistics
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a comparable warehouse or logistics role
- Valid forklift certification and demonstrated proficiency in operating lift trucks
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (e.g. Generix)
- Excellent German language skills (verbal and written); basic English proficiency
- Self-directed, organized working methodology
- Proven reliability and capacity to manage demanding workloads
- Strong communication and collaborative team orientation
