RIMOWA seeks full-time Warehouse & Stock Associate for Munich boutique. Inventory management, stock coordination, logistics. Starts Nov 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure RIMOWA stock is organized, accessible, and consistently up to date in the boutique warehouse
- Support the store manager and team in the efficient operational organization of the retail location
- Receive, inspect, label, and store goods in the warehouse according to brand standards
- Organize the dispatch of merchandise to customers and head office as directed
- Conduct stock takes and maintain the merchandise management system, coordinating with head office
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical stock and system records
- Provide sales support to the store team on an as-needed basis
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in warehouse, inventory, or retail operations
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
- Demonstrated experience in the luxury sector or proven ability to quickly understand high-quality, heritage-driven products
- Strong organizational and structured thinking skills
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal abilities
