RIMOWA is hiring a Treasury Manager in Cologne — lead cash management, bank relationships and FX risk for the LVMH Maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day treasury and cash management activities, producing and maintaining robust cash reporting and monthly treasury closing deliverables.
- Monitor and optimise cash pooling, current account positions and credit management to safeguard liquidity across entities.
- Produce consolidated cash flow analyses, net debt and financial expense reporting for management review.
- Manage international banking relationships, credit lines, guarantees and loan renewals, including KYC and account administration (opening/closing).
- Oversee internal controls for treasury: maintain banking authorisations, perform test bank reconciliations and drive process improvements.
- Administer and support the LVMH Group Global Payment Tool; act as key contact for boutique and e‑commerce payment facilities and card acquirers.
- Support or lead implementation and enhancement projects for treasury and payment systems.
- Define, monitor and report on foreign‑exchange risk budgets and hedging activities; prepare analyses of exchange rate movements.
Qualifications
- Degree in finance, economics or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a treasury function.
- Proven participation in or management of small to medium treasury or payments projects.
- Fluent English; proficiency in French and/or German is an advantage.
- Methodical, reliable and proactive working style with strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum five years’ experience in a corporate treasury role, including hands‑on cash management, banking relationship oversight and exposure to payments/treasury system projects.
Education
Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a closely related discipline.
