Supply Chain Project Manager position at RIMOWA (LVMH), Paris. Lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee Anaplan, SAP, and PLM integration for international luxury goods supply chain.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment and optimization of Anaplan Distribution functionality, including projection and launch management capabilities, in collaboration with Distribution and IT teams
- Define and implement business-oriented Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Distribution module
- Champion change management initiatives by understanding regional tool adoption patterns and facilitating sustainable uptake through practical use cases
- Communicate business value, ROI, and operational impact to senior stakeholders and the broader organization
- Participate in the strategic redefinition of upstream supply chain processes spanning production, procurement, and supply planning
- Establish target-state processes, requirements (including timings, RACI matrices, and KPIs) in partnership with operational teams
- Lead the Anaplan Production Planning project lifecycle, encompassing scope workshops, specifications development, technical development oversight, deployment, and user support
- Structure and facilitate governance bodies, including steering committees, working sessions, and progress reviews
- Represent supply chain planning interests and requirements within enterprise transformation initiatives (SAP and PLM)
- Formalize supply chain requirements across upstream operations, master data management, and distribution
- Serve as the primary business subject matter expert for Power BI supply chain reporting and analytics
- Identify, prioritize, and scope improvements to Anaplan Forecast in partnership with demand planning functions
- Propose and implement operational innovations designed to enhance supply chain agility, reliability, and efficiency

3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning within an international context, including prior involvement in project management or digital transformation and tooling initiatives.
Education
Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university programme.
