RIMOWA (Paris) seeks a Supply Chain Project Manager to lead Anaplan, SAP & PLM initiatives and transform planning and distribution processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the optimisation and rollout of Anaplan for distribution (projections, launch management), defining business-focused KPIs and communicating ROI and business impacts to stakeholders.
- Drive change management to secure regional adoption of planning tools through concrete use cases, training and stakeholder engagement.
- Redesign upstream supply‑chain processes (production, procurement, supply planning): define target processes, timings, RACI and KPIs in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage the Anaplan Production Planning project end‑to‑end: scoping workshops, specification formalisation, development follow‑up, deployment and user support.
- Represent Supply Chain Planning requirements within SAP and PLM programmes, formalising needs related to upstream planning, master data and distribution; ensure solution coherence in workshops.
- Act as business owner for Power BI supply‑chain reporting, identify and prioritise evolutions to Anaplan Forecast with Demand Planning and IT, and coordinate delivery.
- Propose and implement initiatives to increase supply‑chain agility, reliability and operational efficiency; structure and animate governance (steering committees, workshops, progress reviews).
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an engineering school, business school or equivalent university degree.
- 3–5 years' experience in supply chain planning within an international context.
- Proven participation in or management of transformation and tool implementation projects.
- Demonstrable analytical mindset, results orientation and a pragmatic, innovation‑focused approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence multi‑functional and multi‑regional teams.
- Fluent English.

Experience
3–5 years of hands‑on experience in supply chain planning in an international environment, including involvement in tool implementations or transformational projects.
Education
Master's degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent university qualification.
