RIMOWA seeks Supply Chain Project Manager in Paris to lead digital transformation and supply chain optimization projects. Full-time, CDI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment of key features (projection, launch management) within the Anaplan Distribution tool in collaboration with Distribution and IT teams
- Define and deploy business-oriented Distribution KPIs and lead change management initiatives to ensure sustained regional adoption of tools through concrete use cases
- Represent Supply Chain Planning issues in SAP and PLM projects, formalizing requirements related to upstream supply chain, master data, and distribution
- Lead the Anaplan Production Planning project, including scoping workshops, specifications formalization, development support, and user deployment
- Structure and lead project governance bodies including steering committees, workshops, and progress reporting
- Serve as business reference for PBI Supply Chain reporting and work with Demand Planning teams to identify and prioritize tool evolution requirements
- Identify, propose, and implement initiatives aimed at improving supply chain agility, reliability, and operational efficiency
- Proactively communicate gains, ROI, and business impacts to the organization and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an engineering school, business school, or equivalent university program
- 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in supply chain planning within an international context
- Proven experience in project management or participation in transformation and tools implementation projects
- Strong analytical mindset with results-oriented focus
- Ability to interact effectively with multi-functional and multi-regional teams
- Fluent English
