RIMOWA Supervisor in Zurich: Lead retail operations, manage teams, and deliver luxury travel experiences at the prestigious German maison.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team alongside the store manager and assume leadership responsibilities in the manager's absence
- Support efficient store operations through task delegation, cashier management, personnel oversight, and inventory control
- Drive strategic growth by analysing product trends and consumer behaviour patterns
- Deliver exceptional and memorable client experiences that foster lasting RIMOWA brand loyalty
- Cultivate long-term client relationships using CRM tools and brand engagement initiatives
- Coordinate with the client care department to address special requests and facilitate product repairs
