RIMOWA Supervisor role at Selfridges Manchester – luxury travel goods retail leadership and customer service, full-time permanent position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve sales and service objectives, providing constructive feedback and leading by example
- Plan daily store operations and analyze KPI performance and reporting
- Welcome clients with personalized attention, conducting consultative needs assessment and product presentations
- Execute cross-selling and upselling strategies while maintaining inventory awareness and stock visibility
- Manage client flow and queue during peak periods, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Maintain detailed CRM records using R-Client App and perform targeted clienteling activities
- Process transactions using POS systems and CEGID software with accuracy and efficiency
- Welcome and manage after-sales service clients, evaluate repair requirements, and communicate expected timelines
- Support in-store technicians with repair operations and transactions using RMS software
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards in compliance with RIMOWA visual guidelines
- Uphold brand grooming standards and project the brand's luxury positioning
- Train new team members and ensure adherence to RIMOWA operational procedures
Qualifications
- Secondary/high school education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years retail experience as a Client Advisor
- Proven track record of consistent performance in retail or luxury retail environments
- Previous leadership or championing experience within a retail team
- Embodies RIMOWA brand values and acts as a brand ambassador
- First aid certification (beneficial)
- Security clearance or security training (beneficial)
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail experience as a Client Advisor, with demonstrated success in customer-facing roles. Prior experience in luxury retail or with premium products is advantageous. Evidence of additional responsibilities or leadership potential within a retail environment, such as champion or mentor roles, is highly valued.
Education
Secondary or high school education at minimum.
