Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the team alongside the Store Manager and assume leadership responsibilities in their absence
- Drive strategic growth through analysis of product and consumer trends
- Develop team capabilities and train new colleagues
- Maintain store organization and compliance with RIMOWA visual merchandising guidelines
- Deliver exceptional and memorable client experiences for both established brand ambassadors and new customers
- Build long-term client relationships through brand loyalty initiatives
- Assist with special client requests and coordinate repairs with the client care department
- Embody collaborative team spirit and support overall team morale
Qualifications
