RIMOWA seeks Summer Support Client Advisor in Antwerp, Belgium. Luxury retail role with customer service, sales, and repair support.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer consultations and luxury product recommendations to international clientele
- Execute sales transactions with individual CRM targets and performance metrics
- Deliver comprehensive after-sales support and maintain professional customer relationships beyond point of purchase
- Process product repairs and maintenance requests from acceptance through technical coordination to customer return
- Conduct on-site product repairs and quality assessments in compliance with RIMOWA's exacting standards
Qualifications
- Fluent Dutch and English language proficiency
- Passion for luxury retail customer experience and consultative selling
- Experience in the luxury sector preferred but entry-level candidates welcomed
