RIMOWA seeks a Summer Client Advisor (contract) in Brussels & Antwerp — full‑time in‑store sales and after‑sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality, consultative customer service in store to strengthen and expand client relationships across Brussels and Antwerp.
- Achieve individual CRM and sales targets through personalised consultations and follow‑up.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and advise clients on product features, care and warranty options.
- Perform small on‑site repairs and manage after‑sales cases, including intake, communication with the technical team and return logistics.
- Act as the ongoing client contact for after‑sales enquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Maintain store standards and product presentation consistent with the Maison’s luxury positioning.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Customer‑centric attitude with a strong passion for consultative sales and luxury service.
- Comfortable working on‑site across Brussels and Antwerp and available for the summer contract period.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred but entry‑level candidates with strong client skills will be considered.
- Reliable, well organised and able to coordinate with technical teams for after‑sales processes.
Experience
Entry‑level role; previous experience in luxury retail or client advisory is desirable but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate strong customer service skills and the ability to meet CRM targets; multilingual ability (Dutch and English) is required.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred; no formal degree required.
