RIMOWA seeks a part-time Quality Assurance Student in Cologne, Germany—support process improvement, SAP implementation, and ISO 9001 initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the scrap reduction project through quality data consolidation, development of improvement measures, and tracking implementation effectiveness
- Participate in SAP implementation by structuring, maintaining, and validating quality-related master data and processes
- Research, evaluate, and provide conceptual support for potential AI applications in quality assurance, including data analysis, pattern recognition, and process optimization
- Contribute to ISO 9001 quality management system documentation, process structuring, and maintenance activities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and status summaries for ongoing quality assurance projects
- Provide operational support to the QS team including data collection, analysis, corrective action tracking, and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering, business engineering, business administration, business informatics, or comparable technical/economic study program
- Practical or theoretical knowledge in quality assurance, production processes, data analysis, or ERP systems (through internships, projects, or coursework)
- Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven mindset
- Self-directed, structured, and reliable work approach
- High learning agility and proactive problem-solving orientation

Experience
Beginner-level professional experience; practical or academic exposure to quality assurance, production processes, data analysis, or ERP systems is advantageous
Education
Currently enrolled in an engineering, business engineering, business administration, business informatics, or comparable technical or business-focused degree program

Compensation
The base compensation for this position is EUR 14 per hour.
