Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily store operations and deputise for the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, maintaining service and operational standards in their absence.
- Coach, develop and train sales staff to achieve individual and team objectives and to deepen product and brand knowledge.
- Analyse product and consumer trends to support strategic sales growth and informed merchandising decisions.
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that build long-term loyalty and reflect RIMOWA’s brand values.
- Ensure the store environment is organised and consistently aligned with RIMOWA visual merchandising guidelines.
- Coordinate special client requests and liaise with Client Care to manage repairs and after-sales service.
- Foster a collaborative team culture by modelling diplomacy, high standards and a customer-focused mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium accessories sector.
- Proven experience in people management, coaching and team development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging high‑net‑worth and new clients alike.
- Strong visual awareness and attention to detail to uphold merchandising standards.
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of progressive retail experience, with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities in luxury or premium retail environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; degree or diploma in business, retail, fashion or a related field preferred.
