Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations and deputise for the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, maintaining service and operational standards in their absence.
  • Coach, develop and train sales staff to achieve individual and team objectives and to deepen product and brand knowledge.
  • Analyse product and consumer trends to support strategic sales growth and informed merchandising decisions.
  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client experiences that build long-term loyalty and reflect RIMOWA’s brand values.
  • Ensure the store environment is organised and consistently aligned with RIMOWA visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Coordinate special client requests and liaise with Client Care to manage repairs and after-sales service.
  • Foster a collaborative team culture by modelling diplomacy, high standards and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' retail experience, preferably within the luxury or premium accessories sector.
  • Proven experience in people management, coaching and team development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging high‑net‑worth and new clients alike.
  • Strong visual awareness and attention to detail to uphold merchandising standards.
  • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
