RIMOWA seeks a Store Supervisor in Antwerp, Belgium — lead the retail team, deliver exceptional client experiences and drive growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the store team alongside the Store Manager and assume full leadership in their absence.
- Support efficient store operations including cashiering, task delegation, inventory control and loss-prevention procedures.
- Drive sales and strategic growth through monitoring product and consumer trends and translating insights into action.
- Deliver an outstanding, personalised client experience and cultivate long-term relationships to foster brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with Client Care to manage special client requests and organise repairs or after-sales service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the presentation of product aligns with brand guidelines.
- Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve individual and collective performance targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail experience, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Proven experience in people management, coaching and developing a sales team.
- Fluency in Dutch (nl) and English (en); additional languages are an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Keen visual attention to detail and the ability to uphold brand presentation standards.

Minimum 3 years of retail experience, ideally in a luxury or premium goods environment, including demonstrable people-management responsibilities.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business, retail management or a related field is preferred but not required.
