Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, supervise and motivate retail floor team members
- Recruit, train and develop team members while driving a culture of excellence across all retail activities
- Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, personalized coaching on selling and clienteling skills, and regular analysis of individual transaction statistics
- Support client advisors in achieving individual sales goals by monitoring the consultative selling process and providing timely feedback and direction
- Enable in-store technicians and operations teams to deliver impeccable after-sales service and ensure smooth operational flows
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics, develop action plans, and communicate findings to General Manager
- Uphold RIMOWA values and competencies at all times, modeling the brand's sales and service excellence standards
- Lead by example in demonstrating RIMOWA's consultative sales and service model while assisting clients directly
- Ensure store cleanliness, compliance with health and safety regulations, and proper execution of visual merchandising and product launch displays

- Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment
- Proven leadership abilities with strong communication skills across all organizational levels and with diverse clientele
