RIMOWA is hiring a Store Manager in Zurich, Switzerland to lead the Globus boutique. Permanent full‑time role with LVMH benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate floor teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, train and develop staff; foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning across retail activities.
- Drive individual and store sales performance through product education, selling coaching and regular review of transaction metrics.
- Support client advisors in achieving targets by monitoring the selling process and providing constructive feedback and direction.
- Coordinate with in‑store technicians and operations teams to ensure impeccable after‑sales service and smooth operational flows.
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance, produce action plans and report results to the General Manager.
- Maintain store presentation standards: visual merchandising, new launch displays, tidiness and compliance with health & safety regulations.
- Model RIMOWA values and sales/service behaviours; lead by example in client interactions and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and management experience within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities, with experience recruiting and developing retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales performance and using metrics to shape action plans.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage across all organisational levels.
- Fluent in German and English.

Experience
Minimum five years' progressive experience in luxury retail management, with a demonstrated track record of leading boutique teams, coaching advisors to exceed sales targets and executing store operations.
Education
Secondary education required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or a related discipline preferred.
