RIMOWA seeks a Store Manager in Zurich, Switzerland to lead the Globus boutique, drive sales and develop a high-performing retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and motivate the in-store team to deliver RIMOWA’s sales and service standards.
- Recruit, train and develop sales staff; drive a culture of excellence and continuous learning across retail activities.
- Maximise store sales performance through product training, selling coaching, clienteling and regular review of individual and team KPIs.
- Support client advisors in achieving targets by monitoring the suggested selling process and providing timely feedback.
- Coordinate with in-store technicians and operations teams to ensure impeccable aftersales service and smooth operational flows.
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance, prepare action plans and report results to the General Manager.
- Maintain store presentation, ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, and implement visual merchandising and new launch displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in the luxury retail sector.
- Proven leadership and people-development capabilities with experience recruiting and coaching retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with retail KPIs and performance analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-service skills with a passion for luxury retail.
- Proficiency in French and English.
Skills
Experience
Minimum five years of progressive sales and management experience within luxury retail, including demonstrated success in team leadership, P&L awareness and driving client-focused sales performance.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field.
