RIMOWA seeks a Store Manager for its Vienna boutique to lead, develop, and motivate the team while driving sales, client service, and smooth store operations. The role is permanent and full-time, with responsibility for team performance, reporting, visual merchandising, and compliance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, supervise, and motivate the team on the sales floor.
- Recruit, train, and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence across retail activities.
- Maximize staff sales performance through product-knowledge education, coaching in selling and clienteling skills, regular reviews of individual transaction statistics, and application of RIMOWA standards and training programs.
- Support Client Advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring the suggested-selling process and providing timely feedback and direction.
- Enable in-store technicians and operations teams to deliver impeccable after-sales service and smooth store operations.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance, create action plans, and communicate reports clearly to the General Manager.
- Uphold RIMOWA values and competencies, striving to exceed expectations.
- Lead by example in applying RIMOWA’s sales and service model, assisting clients and delivering an outstanding sales and service experience.
- Maintain store tidiness, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and oversee the correct execution of visual merchandising and new-launch displays.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels and customers.
- Professional sales-development skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Passion for retail and client service.
- Proficiency in German and English.
