Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales goals and other financial targets while analyzing store performance and identifying operational solutions
- Provide training for team members in selling techniques and product knowledge; mentor staff on service standards consistent with luxury brand expectations
- Manage team recruitment, coaching, and professional development to build a cohesive, high-performing sales organization
- Implement clienteling practices to build individual sales associate performance and overall store revenue
- Manage all inventory processes, including receipt, transfers, counts, RTV management, and stock movement
- Oversee repair processes in coordination with RIMOWA policy and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain POS system operations to ensure accurate store reporting and payroll management within budget parameters
- Create sales and marketing reports using Excel and Cedig software
- Merchandise store displays and execute window presentations in accordance with company directives
- Maintain all display fixtures, lighting, and marketing materials
- Act as brand ambassador for RIMOWA; cultivate community engagement and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' experience in retail management with a luxury brand
- Proven ability to drive sales from startup, execute events, and collaborate with marketing teams
- Demonstrated talent for managing and developing cohesive teams
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Capacity to lift boxes up to 20 lbs repeatedly
