Role & Responsibilities

• Drive and maximize sales performance by monitoring KPIs and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Analyze business performance, propose action plans, and identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients
• Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure optimal stock levels and assortment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and maximize retail display effectiveness
• Lead, motivate, and develop sales staff through authentic client engagement and clear performance communication
• Create a supportive work culture through goal setting, performance monitoring, and timely feedback
• Ensure compliance with global guidelines and rollout of store initiatives across the team
• Recruit talent through networking and market scouting, and deliver strong onboarding programs
• Manage all client care and after-sales services including repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges
• Review and optimize client-care processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closure, deliveries, stock replenishment, and maintenance
• Control daily invoicing, petty cash, and operational costs to ensure efficient store management
• Review and submit sales and operational reports in adherence to company KPIs and policies
• Maintain cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of management and retail experience
• Prior supervisory, assistant store manager, or store manager experience
• Proven experience in training and leading team members
• Knowledge of the luxury sector highly advantageous
• Fluent in local language (English) and advanced working proficiency in additional languages
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Familiarity with CEGID retail management systems (prior experience a plus)

Experience

Minimum 5 years of progressive management and retail experience, with demonstrated success in supervisor, assistant store manager, or store manager roles. Proven track record of leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, and implementing operational improvements in a luxury or high-end retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
