RIMOWA Store Manager role at Selfridges Manchester. Lead luxury retail operations, drive sales, and manage team excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive and maximize sales performance, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
- Analyze business performance, propose and implement action plans to improve results
- Identify new market opportunities to attract and retain clients
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to ensure appropriate stock levels and assortment
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and optimize display and storage
- Lead sales floor presence, continuously motivate staff to meet sales targets through authentic client engagement
- Create supportive work culture through goal setting, performance monitoring, and coaching
- Recruit and onboard talented team members with strong training protocols
- Manage all aspects of client care services including repairs, warranties, returns, and exchanges
- Continuously review and optimize client care processes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ensure store compliance with global guidelines and initiatives
- Manage daily store operations including opening, closure, deliveries, and inventory replenishment
- Control invoices, petty cash, and implement cost management measures
- Review and submit sales and operational reports in adherence to KPIs and company policies
- Maintain cycle counts, inventory accuracy, and shrink management requirements
Qualifications
- High school degree equivalent or university degree in a business-related field
- Minimum 5 years of management and retail experience
- Proven experience in supervisory, assistant store manager, or store manager roles
- Demonstrated experience training and leading team members
- Knowledge of luxury sector highly valued
- Fluency in local language and advanced English proficiency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- CEGID experience preferred

Minimum 5 years of management and retail experience, with previous roles as supervisor, assistant store manager, or store manager. Knowledge of the luxury sector is advantageous.
