Store Manager at RIMOWA Geneva – luxury retail leadership role for experienced manager. Manage team, drive sales, ensure operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, supervise and motivate the retail team across all floor operations
- Recruit, train and develop staff while driving a culture of excellence throughout the store
- Maximize sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching on selling techniques and clienteling skills, and regular transaction analysis
- Support client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring the consultative sales process and providing constructive feedback
- Enable in-store technicians and operations teams to deliver impeccable after-sales service and seamless operational workflows
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics, develop action plans and present detailed reports to the General Manager
- Uphold RIMOWA values and competencies at all times, consistently exceeding service expectations
- Lead by example and model the RIMOWA sales and service philosophy; personally assist clients in delivering outstanding retail experiences
- Ensure store presentation standards, compliance with health and safety regulations and proper execution of visual merchandising and product launch displays
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and effective communication with all organizational levels and customer base
- Professional sales development and coaching expertise
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for retail operations and client-centric service delivery
- Fluency in French and English
