Store Manager position at RIMOWA Amsterdam de Bijenkorf. Lead retail operations for luxury travel goods brand within LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, supervise and motivate the floor team
- Recruit, train and develop team members while driving a culture of excellence across all retail activities
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate reports to General Manager
- Maximize staff sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching in selling and clienteling skills, and regular review of individual transaction statistics while applying RIMOWA standards and training programs
- Support and uphold RIMOWA values and competencies at all times, striving to exceed expectations
- Lead by example and demonstrate RIMOWA sales and service model
- Assist client advisors in achieving individual goals by monitoring the suggested selling process and providing timely feedback and direction
- Ensure that all strategies, values and policies are exemplified by all team members
- Promote and maintain a respectful sales environment at all times
- Deliver outstanding sales and service experiences to all clients
- Develop specific plans to improve communication and reputation while driving performance improvements and new client development
- Ensure store tidiness, correct execution of visual merchandising and new launch displays
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment
- Professional sales development skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Passion for retail and client service
- Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills across all organizational levels and customer base
- Fluency in Dutch and English
- Additional language proficiency a plus

Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in team leadership, performance optimization, and client service excellence.
