RIMOWA Store Manager position in Amsterdam at de Bijenkorf. Lead retail operations and team in luxury travel goods, starting September.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, supervise and motivate the retail team on the sales floor
  • Recruit, train and develop team members while fostering a culture of excellence across all retail operations
  • Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics and communicate findings clearly to General Manager
  • Maximize staff sales performance through product knowledge education, coaching on selling and clienteling techniques, and regular review of transaction statistics
  • Support and exemplify RIMOWA values and competencies, striving consistently to exceed expectations
  • Lead by example and demonstrate RIMOWA's sales and service model across the organization
  • Guide client advisors toward achievement of individual goals by monitoring the consultative selling process and providing timely feedback
  • Ensure all strategies, values and policies are upheld by every team member
  • Maintain a respectful sales environment throughout all store operations
  • Deliver outstanding sales and service experiences to all clients
  • Develop strategic communication and reputation improvement plans to enhance performance and foster new client development
  • Oversee store presentation, ensure correct execution of visual merchandising and new product launch displays

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of sales and management experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Professional sales development skills and proven ability to build high-performing teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Strong leadership qualities and effectiveness in engaging all organizational levels and customer base
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (additional languages advantageous)

Experience
