RIMOWA is seeking a Stockroom Associate for its Stuttgart boutique on a temporary, part-time basis, 20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible. The role maintains stock accuracy and organisation, supports boutique operations and sales, and handles goods receiving, storage and dispatch.
Role & Responsibilities
- Keep RIMOWA stock in the boutique organised, accessible and up to date.
- Support the Store Manager and team with the efficient organisation of the boutique.
- Arrange dispatches of goods to customers and/or head office when required.
- Receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain the merchandise management system in liaison with head office.
- Check and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Provide sales support as required.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector is welcome; career changers are also encouraged to apply.
- Organised, structured and a team player.
- Interest in high-quality products combining tradition and craftsmanship with innovation and functional design.
- Retail experience or enthusiasm for providing customers with a luxury experience.
- Fluent spoken German and English.
