RIMOWA is seeking a full-time Stockroom Associate for its Munich boutique, starting November 1, 2026, on a temporary contract. The role oversees stock organisation, goods receipt and dispatch, inventory records and discrepancy resolution, while also supporting sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Keep RIMOWA stock in the boutique organised, accessible and up to date.
- Support the Store Manager and team with efficient boutique organisation.
- Arrange dispatches of goods to customers and/or head office as needed.
- Receive, check, label and store goods in the warehouse.
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain the merchandise management system in coordination with head office.
- Check and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide sales support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in the luxury sector is welcomed; career changers are also encouraged to apply.
- Organised, structured and a team player.
- Interest in high-quality products that combine tradition and craftsmanship with innovation and functional design.
- Retail experience or enjoyment of providing customers with a luxury experience.
- Fluent spoken German and English.
