RIMOWA is seeking a part-time Stockroom Associate to join its Brussels team for 19 hours per week on a permanent contract (CDI). The role covers order receipt and verification, storage organization, stock availability and transfers, monthly stock rotation, inventory counts, and communication with the sales team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive and verify orders.
- Organize storage areas and maintain sufficient stock to support boutique objectives.
- Check product availability for transfers between points of sale.
- Communicate stock status to the sales team and help maintain a pleasant working environment.
- Monitor and control stock turnover monthly.
- Participate in rolling inventory counts.
- Comply with safety rules and instructions.
Qualifications
- Higher education from Bac to Bac +3.
- Strong interest in RIMOWA and the travel and/or leather goods sector.
- Ideally, significant initial experience in a luxury or high-end environment and in stock management.
- Dynamic, rigorous, and strong interpersonal skills in an international environment.
- Team-oriented and well organized.
- Comfortable with digital tools and open to new working methods.
- Fluent English and French.
